Weigh-In Wednesday




Welcome to my first Weigh-In Wednesday! Recently, I signed up with a friend to participate in a 5k race...WHY? Because I'm crazy! I love jogging but really, a 5k?

I started the Couch to 5k exercise routine. My goal is to just be healthier. I have four kids that depend on me, I need to get moving!!

I will be tracking my success and set-backs here. You may follow along with me or post how you did for the week. Words of encouragement are always welcome ;)

Running schedule:
Tuesday: 8am
Wednesday: 7am
Friday:7am

I will be walking at night after dinner as well. I also love to do yoga. I took a class in college and really love how my body feels after relaxing into a pose.
